Beauty Image requests that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent whilst you visit. They want your time within Beauty Image to be a break away from your busy day. All guests at Beauty Image want to be able to relax and have some special time out and not have to listen to someone else's phone call.

We all appreciate your co-operation and understanding as being asked to get off the phone may offend you.

NO CHILDREN IN THE SALON PLEASE : This is to ensure they are kept safe, that your therapist can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment, and that every guest within our salon is not interrupted. We thank you for your consdierationa nd understanding.

Deposits for your Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Beauty Image appreciates they are your choice to attend to your beauty requirements. As they hold the room and therapist/lash stylist just for your visit, denying others this space, a security deposit will be required by all guests to secure appointments. Minimum 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments.

We all undertand that things occur in life that we all have little control over, however if Beauty Image cannot fill your place within short notice they will need to apply the 100% cancellation fee. Any voucher's being used will be forfeited. Failure to arrive to your appointments will unfortunately result in application of full fee or void any vouchers.

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT AT TIME OF BOOKING. Failure to arrive or give 24hours notice of cancellation of your appointment VOIDS your deposit or any Gift Vouchers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by our skilled & trained staff (or even by you), and whilst all care & skill is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions, we do offer a Free removal should this unfortunate event occur and we ask you tell us immediately you become aware so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Arriving to your appointment

Please arrive with 5-10 minutes to spare for your appointment. This allows for you to start to unwind, relax and enjoy your time there.

As the therapist and room has been held especially for you - Arriving late to appointments may require your therapist to shorten your appointment time so clients following you are not held up. Full fees will still be applicable therefore it really is in your best interest & comfort to be on time.

Feedback at Beauty Image

Your feedback is important to beauty image to ensure they know they are on the right track. All therapists give their best every day and if you would like them to be recognosed, or think there is room for improvement, then please email management at feedback@beauty-image.com.au with your feedback.

Waxing at Beauty Image

At Beauty Image, they only use High quality waxes that have been developed with the best of ingredients, NO cheap waxes here.
They use whatever disposable products that can be and work hard to make sure that you have the smoothest skin ever!

Marnie says : "As hard as we try, there may be the odd occasion where we accidently miss a little patch, if this happens we ask you to notify us within 24 hours so we can fix it free of charge for you.
We offer Strip Wax and roll on strip wax, hot wax is available on request. However for larger areas this may incur an extra fee. As we use a specially formulated strip wax that contains calming agents it is very suitable for facial waxing and sensitive areas including Brazilians."

For silky smooth skin from top to toe. They know all of the tricks to make your waxing experience as pleasant as possible. At Beauty Image they only use the highest quality waxes, never cheap, nasty or recycled wax. For the ultimate hygiene standards they use disposable products where possible.

Brazillian / Bikini Waxing

When booking for Brazilian waxing please specify if you require all hot wax, otherwise they may use their special strip wax until we reach the inner area where we will use Hot Wax.

They request that you respect all therapists and strict hygiene commitments by not waxing any bikini / Brazilian area appointments if you are menstruating. They provide baby wipes prior to your treatment and ask that these be used. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.
